You could call it a fusion.<\/span><\/span> But it’s more than that.<\/span><\/span> We have found the finesse between classic French cuisine and modern fusion cuisine. <\/span><\/span><\/span>That balance is Square\u201947\u2019s best kept secret.<\/p>\n

Although, why keep it secret? At Square \u201947 we don\u2019t keep secrets, we are as open and transparent as can be. All techniques, all actions, all cooking skills (and those are plenty) are to be witnessed in our open plan kitchen.<\/p>\n

We appreciate honest products, preferably halal<\/span><\/span><\/span>. Everything is top-notch at Square \u201947, we don\u2019t settle for less. What we aim for, is for our guests to enjoy themselves and to go out the door happy and well-fed.<\/p>\n
