Square ’47’s kitchen is best described as international and modern, fusion with a classical foundation with emphasis on taste and flavour. Our chefs will do their utmost to make customers happy. No is not in the dictionary of our kitchen team.
Our vision
You could call it a fusion. But it’s more than that. We have found the finesse between classic French cuisine and modern fusion cuisine. That balance is Square’47’s best kept secret.
Although, why keep it secret? At Square ’47 we don’t keep secrets, we are as open and transparent as can be. All techniques, all actions, all cooking skills (and those are plenty) are to be witnessed in our open plan kitchen.
We appreciate honest products, preferably halal. Everything is top-notch at Square ’47, we don’t settle for less. What we aim for, is for our guests to enjoy themselves and to go out the door happy and well-fed.
